Ryuuji Chao is Yujiro and Nukumi's son. He is Tenma's cousin. He is also techincally a blood brother to Raiou.

Sei & Shalo are brothers.

Mikihisa, Chiko and Kenji are siblings. Kenji being the oldest, Chiko the middle child and Miki the youngest.

Katsuke considers Silvia, Zenni, Bella and Eiki his family even though he isn't biologically related to them. He also considers Ryu a brother.

Silvia, Zenni, Bella and Eiki are all sisters.

Keith & Tager are brothers.

Siegfried and Katherine are the children of Captain Binks' and Ariana.

Fuujiro is the adopted father figure/brother figure of Yaichi.

Zendou, Aedon, Michiru and Idalia are all Ezekiel's adopted children and consider each other siblings.

Ezekiel and Maximillian are grandfather and grandson.

Nikolai, Nikita, Ivankov and Victor are all siblings.

Tougen is Hasai's brother and they are both half brothers to Matthew.

Rai, Kokoro, Aylah and Rei share the same father making them ALL half siblings. Rai the oldest, Koko the second oldest, Aylah and then Rei.

Shizuka is Chiyu's mother and Shinku's adopted mom.

Magi is Kuroiji's biological daughter. Maxi is her adopted sister.

Miles & Krishna are cousins.

Romulus, Remus, Jerry, Nazara and Erisse are all siblings.

Raviel and Rachel are siblings.

Jia (aka Nebula) and Lin (aka Txeru) are siblings. They have an uncle named Hatake.

Lin is best friends with Genma and the two consider each other brothers.

Yuumei is the biological father of Angel, Saichi, Amy C and Era. He is also the one who binded the soul of Era's deceased friend to her shadow effectively creating the being Era refers to as Shadow.
